We are a project management and material design based firm located in Los Angeles and servicing Los Feliz, Silverlake, Elysian Valley, Atwater, and Eagle Rock areas. We have a unique structure, which allows us to oversee the entire design & build process from start to finish (concept to finished product). We have dedicated and loyal General Contractors who service all of our projects. Not only do we offer design and build, but we also offer architectual drawings and City planning services. R and R Design is your one stop shop to design for all your home and build needs.

1. Architecture: Our Architect is able to do all drawings, measurements, and can pull all property records. We handle any plans with the city and see them through until permits are released.

2. Build: We have pertnerships with licensed, bonded, and insured General Contractors . R and R Design communicates and manages entire jobs from start to finish with designated GC’s. We are the client’s voice and we are the voice of the GC to the client as well.

3. Material Design: R and R Design has hard-surface material designers that help design, order, and manage materials to each site. We provide a full design experience to all clients, making sure they are involved in the design and selection process for each renovation.

4. Admin./Accounting Support: R and R Design develops and manages all architectual construction, design, and accounting documentation throughout the entire design and build process.
